Dearborn Chamber of Commerce Opens New Office

The Dearborn Chamber of Commerce recently moved to a new office location in the old Bryant Branch library at 22100 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn. Previously the Chamber had been located on Michigan Avenue near Greenfield Road. The Chamber is hosting a grand opening "open house" celebration on Friday, October 2nd to commemorate the move to the new location.  The new office is located on the lower level of the library. Tom Cruise – Cruises Through Dearborn

Hollywood actor Tom Cruise stopped by the Redskins team hotel in Dearborn, MI, on Saturday afternoon with 3 year old daughter Suri, tagging along. Cruise was in town to watch the Washington Redskins lose Sunday's game with the Detroit Lions (final score: 19-14) , in what the Bleacher Report called the most embarrassing Redskins loss ever seen in the past thirty years. Who Killed Gerald Bojanowski?

Dearborn police are seeking a suspect in a recent fatal hit-and-run accident, and asking for the public's help in locating witnesses or information about the driver and vehicle. On Saturday, September 12th, Gerald Bojanowski (56 years old, and recently retired from Ford Motor Company) was riding his motorcycle to the "Hogs Heaven" fundraising event at the Fort Dearborn American Legion post on Telegraph Road, when he was apparently struck from behind by a black 2005 Saturn Vue.
