DEARBORN, MI – Kasey Chammout, owner of LaPita Restaurant presented Save Our Pools (S.O.P.) founder Danielle Misovich a check for $1,000. Over 200 local residents either ate in or ordered carry-out on June 8th from 4PM until close to help raise money for the Save Our Pools grass roots initiative.

“These pools have been apart of our cities fabric for many years and we all need to help to keep them open for our children,” said Kasey Chammout owner of LaPita Restaurant. “This was a fantastic show of support and we are extremely thankful to LaPita for helping us to bring the community together to help save the pools,” said Danielle Misovich, S.O.P. founder.
