O’Reilly, Jr. will address the City’s financial challenges, outline a vision for Dearborn and present the process for moving forward during an event hosted by the League of Women Voters at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27 at the Henry Ford Centennial Library auditorium. DEARBORN, Mich. – The City of Dearborn has strengthened its vicious dog ordinance in response to concerns following several recent incidents in which dogs seriously injured people in southeast Michigan. The City is tackling the issue with a progressive approach, avoiding breed-specific restrictions and focusing on owners’ responsibility for their dogs’ behavior.
