Library LEGO Design Challenge Announced

DEARBORN, Michigan. - If you enjoy building with LEGOs, then the Dearborn Public Library has an event for you – the LEGO Design Challenge. Entries are welcome from children, teens and adults, as well families and groups. Projects must be built at home and then brought to the Children’s Desk at the Henry Ford Centennial Library during the registration period February 24 – 25. There is a limit of one entry per person. In addition, a family or group may submit one entry. Entries must have been made by the exhibitor using LEGOs, Duplos, Mega Bloks or similar plastic blocks. … [Read more...]

Dearborn Chamber of Commerce Opens New Office

The Dearborn Chamber of Commerce recently moved to a new office location in the old Bryant Branch library at 22100 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn. Previously the Chamber had been located on Michigan Avenue near Greenfield Road. The Chamber is hosting a grand opening "open house" celebration on Friday, October 2nd to commemorate the move to the new location.  The new office is located on the lower level of the library.
