DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. – As parents, there can be struggles with bedtime, mealtime and getting children to cooperate. To help parents with these topics, Dearborn Heights Montessori Center (DHMC) invites you to attend an informative and entertaining workshop beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 17, 2011. Petting Farm Animals Visit Montessori Summer Camp

Children at Dearborn Heights Montessori Center’s Summer Camp enjoyed a special visit from Red Gate Petting Farm. This is one of the weekly in-house field trips held during the nine week summer camp program for children between the ages of three and 12. The educational and culturally rich summer program is held each summer at the school’s campus located at 466 N. John Daly in Dearborn Heights. Dearborn Heights Montessori Greek Cultural Festival

Greek Culture

Each year, the students of Dearborn Heights Montessori Center study an ancient culture through a variety of curriculum and classroom projects. They learn about the way people lived years ago, including their art, music, geography, history and society. To showcase the children’s studies, the school holds an annual day-long cultural festival in May for students, teachers and families.
