Dearborn Chamber Auction Oct.10 – Margaritaville

It will be “5 o’clock, somewhere,” Saturday, October 10 for guests at the Dearborn Chamber of Commerce’s Margaritaville Auction! This year’s event will again have a casual/fun vibe and feature steel drum music and the opportunity to socialize with the leaders in the Dearborn business, education and social community. Held at the Student Center of Henry Ford Community College, this chamber fundraiser will feature delicious cuisine donated by local restaurants Andiamo, Bangkok 96, BD’s Mongolian BBQ, Big Fish, Buddy’s Pizza, Chili’s, Del Taco, The Dearborn Inn, Dearborn Hills Golf Course, Dearborn Sausage, Fuddrucker’s, Oakwood Commons/Morrison Senior Dining and Park Place. Numerous raffle and silent auction items will also be a part of the excitement and perfect for early holiday shopping.

Attire: Casual, summer chic. Wear your favorite tropical apparel and flip flops and come ready to limbo, limbo. Prizes will be awarded for the craziest flip flops and loudest Hawaiian shirt.

The venue sponsor is Henry Ford Community College. Gold sponsors include HFCC Federation of Teachers and Dearborn Federal Savings Bank; Silvers sponsors include Fidelity Bank, AAA Michigan; and University of Michigan-Dearborn. Demorest Law Firm, DFCU Financial, Grit Design, Dearborn Public Schools, Fairlane East Apartments, Henry Ford Medical Center – Fairlane, Karcher Insurance, ASG Renaissance, State Farm-Bob Zakar, Dale Bender CPA, Cyberlink Systems, Kearns Brothers, Adam’s Cleaning and A Victory Inn round out the sponsor list.
