Dearborn Police Looking for Suspect in Stabbing Incident

Dearborn, MI — On Sunday February 16, 2014 at approximately 2:15am Dearborn Police responded to the parking area north of Michigan between Neckel and Schaefer on a report of a man down. On scene the officers found a 24 year old Southfield resident bleeding heavily from multiple stab wounds. The man was transported to a local hospital where he is currently listed in stable condition.

The Dearborn Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) involved in this incident. Anyone who may have been in the area and witnessed an altercation or who may have heard something about this assault is asked to call the Dearborn Police Department tip line at 313-943-3012.

Chief Ronald Haddad states “Citizen tips are vitally important for the successful identification of suspects and we urge the public to be proactive with their help in this case.”
