Dearborn’s Firemen Remember Courageous First Responders

The Michigan House of Representatives held a special ceremony to commemorate the 13th anniversary of September 11, 2001 and to recognize Michigan’s first responders who courageously serve our communities. The ceremony was also held in remembrance of the first responders and the many others who lost their lives that day. Representative George T. Darany (D-Dearborn) was honored to be joined on the floor by some of Dearborn's own first responders - Dearborn Fire Chief Joseph Murray and Dearborn Deputy Fire Chief Joey Thorington.
